Femininity stands at the core of the Lala Rose brand. For NYFW FW19 the show took place on February 11th at Studio 525 (525 W 24th St).
As the designer explained: “I’m a bit more than your average dog lover. There’s a rare moment that you won’t see me with Bobbin, my Norwich Terrier, in the back of my bike or seated next to me at a dinner party. The inspiration for this collection struck when I happened upon an antique dog cameo button, but my four legged friends have long been a lovable influence.”
Fall 2019 goes to the dogs. With a cavalier attitude, a King Charles wool plaid in caramel and hunter green is patch worked into a swing coat and a box pleat dress. A smocked pearl opera coat tops a relaxed pant suit in the signature “man’s best friend” print (more like a woman’s secret weapon).
A Fall palette creates the canvas to highlight all of the charming details – some more hidden than others – perfectly outfitting her from a walk in the dog park to her next fête.
A star-studded audience including special guests and announcers Jenna Bush Hager and Robert Verdi enjoyed the vision.
Lela Rose is proud to announce a portion of proceeds from the fall 2019 sales on Lelarose.com and at the Dallas flagship boutique will be donated to the ASPCA.
