This is the shoe pair that goddess Charlize Theron designed for her charity, the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. Born in South Africa she created a simple shoe design, out of fabric, decorated with the baobab tree, the African Tree of Life, which is 20 meters high and capable of providing shelter, food and water for the animal and human inhabitants of the African savannah regions. Some baobabs are 2,000 years old! Theron used vivid colors for the background and black for the tree. The shoes were created in partnership with TOMS Shoes which will also donate 10.000 pairs to the impoverished children of the region… If you really want to help, buy a pair!
