It’s all black with some other-color highlights. It’s retro-pop and feminine, modern and playful, old and new, simple and complicated. I just used some tartan, a little bit of black satin and small accents of sparkle. In other words, I matched my black, ultra-slim horizontally-pleated Karen Millen dress with black wide-brim Juicy Couture hat, black patent-leather-and-Swarovski-crystals Sebastian peep-toes, tartan Tommy Hilfiger shirt and an older limited edition Dior pendant with golden lip gloss inside. I mixed casual items with evening-look ones, as well as black with white and some orange-brown-red details (necklace, crystals on pumps and tartan motif). I adopted tartan because it’s so lovely and Christmas-related. Please note another detail with white crystals on my dress’ square neckline. It’s glamorous and fresh at the same time!
