She is always imaginative, giving a real twist to bridal fashion, creating unexpected romantic silhouettes, reinventing the classics, designing for the modern bride, pushing the limits of creativity, taking bridal aesthetics to the next level! For FW21, she introduced color for the first time and its many iterations look sensational! Danielle Frankel is a bridal label proudly made in New York City’s Garment District. It is inspired by celebration and the beauty of bridal fashion. With respect for nostalgia and tradition, but a forward and directional approach to a modern woman’s desires, designer Danielle Hirsch creates a new perspective of what it means to be a woman getting married. The fabrics, techniques, and aesthetics are simple yet intricate in both construction and finishings. At the core of every piece, there are elements of whimsy and vulnerability encapsulating both the bride’s story and what lies ahead. Esteemed by the broader fashion industry and her peers, Hirsch was hand-selected by VOGUE and the Council of Fashion Designers of America to be the first bridal designer to participate in their annual Fashion Fund in 2019. Prior to founding her own label, Hirsch held design positions at Vera Wang and was educated at Parsons School of Design. Hirsch’s collections of ready-to-wear pieces are available at her atelier and a curated list of premier stockists. Hirsch creates custom, handmade garments by appointment.
